Via Theodora - Bike for a smile

The Theodora Foundation is turning 30! To celebrate this milestone, five of its adventurous employees have come up with a big project: Via Theodora – Bike for a smile.

Starting on May 18 in Geneva and finishing on May 29 in St. Gallen, the five volunteers will embark on a nationwide bike tour covering 600 kilometers and visiting 13 hospitals along the way. Each hospital visit will be crowned with a small celebration. To make this journey even more special, some close friends of the Foundation, including Giggle doctors, donors, volunteers and founder André Poulie, will join the team fo selected parts of the route.

1 km = 1 child’s visit to the hospital

For the bike team, the 600 km long bike tour is not a sports project, but rather a matter of the heart. For every kilometre ridden on the route, one child’s visit (CHF 20) will be donated. The team has set the goal of completing the project with 600 visits (CHF 12’000). What could be better for the 30th anniversary of the Theodora Foundation than a journey that brings even more joy to children in hospitals and specialised institutions?

Support Via Theodora and fund one or more children’s visits! Join us in spreading smiles and making a difference in the lives of children who need it most.
